The Phone Is the Whole System

Everything we do starts with a phone call. Not a contact form. Not a quote request that sits in an inbox for two days. You call (855) 343-0136, a person answers, and five minutes later your rental is booked: the right units, the right count, a delivery window, and a servicing schedule. That is the booking system. It is fast because there is nothing between you and the decision.
Here is why phone-first works better than any form. Portable toilet rental is a conversation, not a shopping cart. How many people, for how long, at what address, with what kind of access — the answers shape the rental, and a two-minute back-and-forth gets to the right spec faster than any web form. The person on our line has placed thousands of units. They will ask the questions you did not think to answer and catch the details that change the plan.
Call Call (855) 343-0136 any time during open hours. If you are mid-crisis — septic backup, vendor no-show, event tomorrow — say so up front and we will route you to same-day or next-day delivery if it is available for your address. Emergencies get priority. That is the policy, and it is not a marketing line.
Hours
Our lines are open Mon–Sat 7am–7pm CST, Sun 7am–12pm CST. That is when you can reach a person who can book, change, or extend a rental. Call early in the day for the best shot at same-day or next-day delivery — truck routes get built in the morning, and the earlier your address is in the plan, the faster the wheels turn.
Outside open hours, the fastest move is to call first thing in the morning. Have your details ready (see below) and the booking goes fast. If your rental is already on the books and something changes overnight — the jobsite moved, the event shifted dates — call as early as you can so dispatch can rework the route before the trucks roll.
What to Have Ready When You Call
You do not need paperwork. You do not need an account. You need four things, and the call goes in minutes. First: dates. When do you need units on site, and when does the rental end? If the end date is fuzzy — construction timelines always are — give us your best estimate. Rentals flex. We would rather book the estimate and adjust than wait for a firm date that never comes.
Second: headcount. How many people will use the units, and for how many hours a day? A crew of twelve on a ten-hour shift is a different calculation than a wedding with two hundred guests for five hours. Rough numbers are fine. We size rentals from rough numbers all day long, and we will ask follow-up questions that sharpen the estimate.
Third: the site address, plus access details. Street address gets the truck there. Access details get the units where you want them. Locked gates and the code. Dirt roads and whether they hold up a service truck. Tight urban alleys. Soft ground after rain. Steep grades. Stairs between the drop point and the placement spot. Tell us the tricky stuff now and we plan around it instead of discovering it at the curb.
Fourth: what you think you need, if you know. Standard units, deluxe flushables, ADA accessible, a restroom trailer, hand-wash stations — if you have a preference, say it. If you have no idea, say that too. Matching equipment to the situation is literally the job of the person answering the phone. You describe the event or the jobsite. They spec the rental.
- Dates: start date and best-guess end date. Fuzzy is fine — rentals flex.
- Headcount: how many people, how many hours per day. Rough numbers work.
- Site address plus access details: gates, codes, road conditions, tight spots, soft ground.
- Unit preference if you have one: standard, deluxe, ADA, trailer, hand-wash stations. If not, we spec it.
- Anything unusual: multi-day event, overnight servicing needs, phased construction, crane-lift requirements.
What Happens After You Call
Before you hang up, you have a confirmed booking: unit types and count, delivery window, servicing cadence, and pickup timing. You get a confirmation you can forward to your foreman, coordinator, or project manager so everybody is working from the same plan. No follow-up call needed unless something changes on your end.
On delivery day, our truck arrives inside the window and the crew places, levels, stocks, and checks every unit. You or your site contact do a quick walk-around with the driver if you want — doors latch, dispensers are full, sanitizer is stocked — and then we are gone. The units are yours to use, and the servicing schedule we set together runs without you thinking about it.
Servicing happens on rotation: pump-out, deodorizer recharge, wipe-down, restock. If usage spikes between visits, one call gets a tech out. If the job changes — more crew, longer timeline, extra day on the event — one call adjusts the rental. When it is over, we pick up the next business day, or on your teardown schedule if you need us earlier or later.
And if anything goes sideways at any point — a unit tips in a storm, a lock breaks, a service visit gets missed — you call the same number: (855) 343-0136. One number for booking, changes, problems, and pickup. You will never hear us tell you to submit a ticket.
Changes, Extensions, and Problems
Plans change. Construction runs long. Events add a day. Crews double. That is normal, and the rental is built to flex. Call (855) 343-0136 and tell us what changed. Adding units, extending the rental, pulling units back early, shifting the delivery date — all of it is a phone call, handled by the same people who booked you.
For problems on site, call as soon as you see them. A unit that needs attention between service visits gets a tech dispatched. Storm damage gets assessed and the unit gets stood back up or swapped. The faster we hear about it, the faster it is fixed. Do not wait for the next scheduled service if something looks wrong.
Cancellation works the same way: call us. The earlier you call, the cleaner it is, because the truck has not rolled yet. Life happens — projects get delayed, events get rained out — and we would rather hear it early and rework the schedule than find out when the driver is at your gate. See our terms of service for the full cancellation details.
Service Area
We rent portable toilets across the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. One number covers all of it. If your site is inside our footprint — city, suburb, or five miles down a dirt road — call (855) 343-0136 and we will get units to you. Check the full state list on our coverage page, or skip the browsing and just call with the address. That is the fastest way to get a yes.
Working across state lines? Even better. Contractors with jobs in three states, event companies on tour, developers with a regional portfolio — you get one vendor, one standard, one number. No re-explaining your requirements to a different local outfit in every market.
A Note on How We Communicate
We are a phone company in the best sense: real people, straight answers, fast decisions. We do not do quote forms that vanish into the void. We do not do chatbots. We do not do ticket queues. When you call (855) 343-0136, you talk to someone who can book the truck, change the schedule, and solve the problem — usually in the same conversation.
That directness cuts both ways, and we think that is a feature. If we cannot hit your date, we say so up front instead of overpromising. If your site needs special handling, we tell you what it takes instead of surprising you on delivery day. Straight answers beat smooth salesmanship every time in this business, because the units either show up right or they do not.
For Repeat and Commercial Customers
If you run multiple jobsites or a string of events, you do not want to re-explain your operation every time you call. You will not have to. Once you have booked with us, your details stay on file: your company name, your usual site contacts, your billing preferences, the unit mix you like. The second call is faster than the first, and by the third we usually know what you need before you finish the sentence.
General contractors with rolling projects get the most out of this. New phase starting? Call and give us the address and the crew size — we spec it from your history and have units rolling on your standard schedule. Wrapping a phase? One call pulls units back. Running three jobsites at once? We track each site separately: its own delivery schedule, its own servicing rotation, its own pickup date. You get one consolidated point of contact for all of it.
Event companies on a seasonal calendar work the same way. Tell us your season up front — the venues, the dates, the expected crowds — and we build a rolling plan: units staged for each event, servicing crews briefed on each venue's load-in rules, pickup timed to your teardown. Festival season is chaos by nature. Your sanitation vendor should not add to it.
Municipalities, schools, parks departments, and emergency management offices: we work with public entities too. The booking process is the same phone call, and we can work within your procurement requirements — written confirmations for every rental, clear documentation of delivery and servicing, and a single point of contact who answers the phone. Call (855) 343-0136 and tell us what your purchasing process needs. We will meet it halfway.
One last thing: if you are not sure what you need, call anyway. Half our bookings start with 'I have no idea how this works.' That is fine. Describing your situation is our starting point, not a test you have to pass. Call (855) 343-0136 and we will take it from there.
